Job Description
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in SAP PP, QM module

  • Strong Experience in SAP PP, QM configuration and business processes.

  • Experience includes 2 end to end implementation and Support Projects.

  • In depth knowledge in below Areas:

  • Should have worked on production planning – Discreate manufacturing and Repetitive manufacturing

  • Knowledge on Planning Strategies, Production plans, Demand Management, MRP, Capacity planning and Kanban

  • Must have work on configuration of production planning and QM module.

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, validate and document customer requirements

  • Map client business requirements, process and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client’s needs

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral, and interpersonal skills)

  • Ability to maintain good relationship with clients, right attitude towards work and team player

  • Good understanding of business processes in the areas of production planning, execution, and plant

  • Hands-on experience of configuring the system to support entire logistics of Process order, Production order, MRP planning, Plant maintenance, Assembly, Serial Number, Batch number, BOM, Notification, Maintenance order, calibration orders, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, and Maintenance master Plans, inspection lot creation & do the Usage decision for inspection lot.

  • Expert in PP, QM master data objects

  • Design, customize, configure and testing of PP

  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions

  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems

  • Document functional designs, test cases and results

  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects

  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team

  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
