Job Description

​Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant with 7- 10 years of strong SAP consulting experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and must have successfully completed at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects on SAP Public Cloud The candidate should possess excellent business process knowledge, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to independently manage implementation and support activities.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance and Controlling processes.
  • Configure and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.
  • Lead workshops, blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and user training.
  • Handle end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live support.
  • Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PM, SF and other SAP modules.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical consultants.
  • Support UAT, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
  • MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

  • Strong consulting mindset with excellent client interaction skills.
  • Ability to lead discussions and recommend best-fit SAP solutions.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work from the Delhi office and travel to client locations, if required.
