Experience

• 2–3 Years SAP PP/QM Experience
• At least one Support/Implementation project
• SAP ECC or S/4HANA exposure

Key Responsibilities

SAP PP Support

• Resolve PP-related incidents and service requests.
• Support MRP execution and troubleshooting.
• Support Production Orders lifecycle:
• Creation
• Release
• Confirmation
• Goods Issue (GI)
• Goods Receipt (GR)
• Maintain and troubleshoot:
  • Material Master
  • BOM
  • Routing
  • Work Centers
  • Production Versions
• Analyze planning and shop-floor issues.

AMS Activities

• Incident and ticket resolution within SLA.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
• User support and troubleshooting.
• Monitor interfaces and batch jobs.
• Support month-end activities.
• Prepare knowledge documents and SOPs.
• Coordinate with ABAP team for developments

Integration Support

Strong understanding of integration with:

• MM (Procurement & Inventory)
• SD (Sales Orders & Make-to-Order)
• PM (Maintenance Orders)
• FI/CO (Costing & Accounting)
