Job Description
- Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems (application servers, work processes, jobs, system logs, etc.).
- Support in user administration using SU01 and role/profile assignment via PFCG.
- Monitor and troubleshoot background jobs using SM37.
- Perform basic client administration – create, copy, delete clients (SCC4, SCCL, SCC9, SCC7).
- Assist in transport management using STMS – importing/exporting transport requests.
- Perform system health checks, log reviews, and alert analysis.
- Understand and perform SAP system refresh / client copy under guidance.
- Monitor database growth and logs (DB02, DB12) and assist with DB backups.
- Knowledge of OSS note implementation and SAP Marketplace downloads.
- Collaborate with developers, functional consultants, and end-users for technical issue resolution.
- Familiarity with HANA Studio, SAP GUI, and SAP Launchpad tools.
- Exposure to Operating Systems (Linux/Windows) and basic command usage.
