Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning (PP)

• Handle capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Streamline order execution and shop floor control.
• Strong experience on BOM probability
• Strong experience on ECN or ECO process
• Knowledge of -
• MRP Configuration, RICEFW, LSMW, BAPI, BADI,
• 3Party Integration, MES, Idoc,
• Plant rollout,
• Order type configuration,
• ECN Management,
• Batch management,
• Documentation :- BBP, FS and Testing
• PP & QM configuration
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to ensure effective end-user adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Able to understand their production and quality management requirements and provide expert advice on best practices and solutions.

Quality Management (QM): -

• Configure and maintain SAP QM modules to support quality control and assurance processes.
• Develop and implement quality management strategies.
• Establish quality control plans and inspection procedures.
• Manage quality inspections, tests, and certifications.
