Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD

  2. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document client requirements.

  3. Facilitate workshop to collect business requirements

  4. Design, customize, configure and test

  5. Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions.

  6. Address high priority issues and handle emergency transports. Document functional design, test cases, test scripts and results.

  7. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.

  8. Provide consulting services for new implementation and existing support projects.

  9. Provide training and hand holding to the users.

  10. May work as SME to junior members.

  11. Will be willing to travel onsite if required for implementation and requirement gathering.

  12. Must be willing to work in client timing (India/Asia pacific/US/GMT), depending on the type of project.
