Desired Skill and Experience
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementation and roll out projects.
He / She should have experience in AMS projects.
Should be conversant with designing and configuring SAP SD module.
Ability to multitask and manage deliverables and projects at the same time.
Ability to understand business process from customer perspective.
Ability to work in team environment and effective interacting with others.
Must have “Can Do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility.
Good communication skill
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions. Identify, interpret, validate and document client requirements.
Facilitate workshop to collect business requirements
Design, customize, configure and test
Identify gaps, issues and workaround solutions.
Address high priority issues and handle emergency transports. Document functional design, test cases, test scripts and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services for new implementation and existing support projects.
Provide training and hand holding to the users.
May work as SME to junior members.
Will be willing to travel onsite if required for implementation and requirement gathering.
Must be willing to work in client timing (India/Asia pacific/US/GMT), depending on the type of project.
